Dec. 6th, 2010 03:00 pmOkay, so the Prince Arthas video is not going to be done in time for the release of Cata tonight. I had to re-record the vocals which is always a pain in the ass. If I get the new vocals finished by 10pm, I'll post the new ones to youtube. If not, then it's the old ones for you all.
Also planning on posting the absolutely terrible "Shit Going Down" from a year or so ago. It's a final fantasy 7: advent children song that Lyxan wrote for "Music In My Eye", and there are two versions of it: the version I sung for Lyxan, and the version I did for myself, with slightly tweaked lyrics. (I have problems with timing on lyrics; if they don't match perfectly, I tend to stumble over them. A lot.)
Anyways, I'm on dad's computer again, which means I should get to playing some Warcrack before Cataclysm hits.
- ...or I could pull "All Mine" up and just about DIE OF LAUGHTER. AGAIN.
- Nas just got blowed up and landed on the side of a tree.
- the tooltip on this booze is "Drink responsibly"
- I am way too distracted to be playing right now.
- several hours later, and I return to the World of Warcraft.
- as a side note, when I was trying to mix the tracks for the new vocals this afternoon, I discovered that my voice sounds EVEN WORSE when I try singing with a sore throat. Yes, I know this should be common sense. But my throat wasn't hurting while I was singing. Just before and after.
- So no music uploading tonight. After listening to the older audio I decided I didn't like it enough to subject the world to it. Maybe another time.
- ...the swamp of sorrows goblins seem to really really REALLY like firing people out of cannons.
- Lyxan was giving out prizes today. Ovan won a [Dun Morgh Cub]. Obviously it is going to Nas.
- hahahahaha there's another box quest! Ah, I remember the Burning Crusade one with fondness... this time we get to actually move around in it!
- "Look out! It's a box-demon!"
- "Hey! Somebody's ambulatory cube is escaping!"
- Logged onto 'Bre
- Oh cool, you can eat underwater while wearing the speedbarge diving helm.
- /sigh
- distracted again
- logging out now. Prepping for Cataclysm! Huzzah!
